Goals reached yesterday:i went to work and got home in one piece, and i started editing, though it will be a lot more work than i initially thought, and i forgot what my other goals were... fuck *is a tired cat after trainride*
Progress that you managed: well i did not do workout yesterday- but lucky me a good workout routine has its break days *sigh of relief*

Goals reached yesterday: re-recorded lost podfic, managed to stay alive during work, and even did some work after work

and today i have another question:
who of you has done a mind map on the pc?
and if you have done one, mind to share which software you used, and if you found it easy or difficult to use?

i personally have experience with:
DIA
yED Graph editor -- though i use thos too mostly for electronic circuits, but yEd does do nice maps too

and then i tried Nova Mind- but it works rather shitty, if you dont give them money,_and_ even better they deleted my account (lucky me my map got too big to handle on the free software, and i had it exported and modified it in yEd so i did not loose it,
now i am testing XMind and and so far it seems to work fine and rather nice, though some of the really nice stuff you cant do in the free software, and i refuse to give them money (because you know at the moment this cat is broke and working towards a big move)
a friend of mine said she uses paint and or word- i was aghast i mean, that does not even sound like an option to me, but it works nice for her, so i'm down with that too.
is there any software i forgot that you really like, and would enforce me to use?

Progress that you managed: i put my c-hard drive back to 500gb because windows needs more than 110gb(on itself and all alone)

ok, today i come at you with a question:
what do you all think about this mindfluness movement?

like i understand the concept on focusing on what you are doing now, and do it with concentration and awareness, but i mean all the time? as a writer i need my daydreams, i need to swift off and let my thoughts wander to find the story. and i totally have written stories already posted by just writing down what is in my mind and coming and going. also my work is really not difficult, so i also plot and take notes while doing it.
i dont feel bad about that, and honestly i like that my wind has the ability to walk off and into stories, and i dont do it when i am with others talking or really focusing on a task (and i usually do only one task at a time as i _suck_ at multi-tasking)?
so what do you think- should i be more mindful, even while doing routine, boring tasks?
is there a up-side down-side to it?

today i have some nice things about creativity for you.
a short article about the brain on creativity and what it will do to you and then the art of creativity which is a lengthy article with tips and trick.
as a bonus: the oatmeal on creativity!

i found out that my creativity is highly influenced by 1. the music in my ear, 2. my surroundings and 3th my mood, which is absolutely not helping anyways, especially when you dont always have a mood.

I want to share: if the weather is mean to you, be mean to it: if it rains, stay inside and laugh at the wetness that is not reaching you.! this is what i shall do today.
also yesterday all day, someone went through my hd-ao3 fics one after another and left comments. i feel kinda bad for them because my writing does not deserve such dedication, and lucky that i did not put all my fics up there, but also very happy and somehow excited. that was a very nice thing to do from them!

just because i'm interested, what do you eat so all day around or when you are in special moods?
like i eat a lot of chewing gum when i'm nervous/angry/excited/busy/stressed.
when i feel good i want to eat healthy with veggies and fruits and lovely meat
and yes when i'm down it totally has to be the chocolate!
but sometimes i also reward myself with chocolate because it is so good.
also i noticed that somehow i ate less and less over the last week, and i dont think its really bad, i was just wondering if that might be the bad mood, and that food simply does not taste that awesome right now (which is only my fault since i cook my own food)
but anyways- do you have any thoughts on food?
is it important? do you enjoy the convenience stuff? is food not playing any role at all in your life?

Goals reached yesterday: nothing *sigh* i was a frozen person yesterday and hide in bed because my fingers and toes where turning blue-ish and painful and believe me putting warm water on them was making it worse! and after work i was just beat, and went to bed early too!

Progress that you managed: i actually did a small plotting in the future of a fic i am planning, and i finished prologue, chapter 1 +2 on huge ass podfic! exciting times!

I need: my brain to start focusing and stop noticing distractions - also does anybody of you remember this fic: harry is an auror and is hunting down draco as he is dealing with illegal potions- they met in an in and harry is for a time convinced it's not draco, then they sleep together, and jap it is draco but harry cant say that because it would be bad for him too, draco then tries to confess to ron, but harry has destroyed the evidence, and the end is not set in stone but looking pretty good and happy- rings any belles? please? *does cute
